Set in the 1980s, Shadows of Doubt takes place in a super-industrialized alternate reality. Try on the role of a detective: use special devices, like a real detective, search for clues and get money for solving crimes, search and sell useful information and so on.

Play the way you want to in a fully simulated world with hundreds of characters. Explore unique procedurally generated cities: find, meet and track their unique inhabitants, each with their own name, job, apartment and daily routine. Crimes also have their own peculiarities: different suspects, clues and conditions. In short, you´ll have somewhere to put your talents as a detective to use.

In the world of Shadows of Doubt, all events are completely modulated by the computer. Each citizen has their own apartment, job, daily routine, favorite activities, places they frequent, and people they interact with. All characters live their own independent lives in a world that changes by itself, with or without you - use this knowledge to your advantage!

Try on the role of a detective
Become a private detective in this truly unique detective game. Try your hand at solving crimes like a real investigator, checking your phone logs, looking for passwords, reading your private e-mails, communicating with people you are interested in, and checking security camera footage. Any means is good if you want to find clues and catch the perpetrator. Add the collected information to the crime board and link the clues to each other to recreate a complete picture of what happened.
